Information used by the service
We process the questions you submit, selected cards, reading results and follow-up messages to provide your reading. Account information includes your email address and name, and Google profile information when you choose Google sign-in. We also process technical information, including IP addresses and request times, for account security and abuse prevention. A referral source may be saved when you arrive through a campaign link.
Guest readings and account history
Guest readings are saved on the server and linked to a browser identifier. Browser storage also helps restore the conversation. When you sign in, guest readings from that browser can be added to your account history. Clearing browser data can remove the connection to your guest readings; it does not by itself delete server records.
AI processing
Your question and relevant reading context are sent to the configured AI provider to generate an interpretation. The current provider is DeepSeek. Avoid entering passwords, payment details or information you do not want processed by an AI service. Provider details will be updated when the service changes.
Service providers and payments
Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. Google handles Google sign-in. Subscription checkout is handled by Waffo; our application stores order and subscription identifiers, payment status and access periods. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider’s checkout rather than in the tarot conversation. When transactional email is enabled, an email provider processes the recipient address and account message.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, guest identification, language selection, conversation restoration and usage limits. Blocking or clearing them can affect these features. This draft does not assert that every optional analytics or advertising service in the underlying framework is enabled.
Retention, access and deletion
Saved history is retained to support returning to your readings. You can remove individual readings using the history controls. Account deletion, support contacts and the final retention schedule must be confirmed before the public launch. Financial and security records may require separate retention. The exact deletion process will be published here when available.
Security and international processing
Access to account history is checked against the signed-in account. Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in different countries. We do not promise that data processing remains in a particular country. Production safeguards and the operator’s contact details will be documented before launch.
